Due to growth, we have created the position of Business Development Executive.

We’re looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and experienced sales-orientated Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years experience to become our Business Development Executive. You will bring with you a strong track record of high performance in technical, professional, permanent recruitment to our company.  If you have worked in Life Science, Medical Devices, Clinical Diagnostics Recruitment, this would be ideal but not essential. If you have generated new business as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant and just now want to focus on the Business Development aspect, then we want to hear from you! As our Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for growing our current book of business, re-energising past relationships, nurturing existing client contacts, and creating new ones with new clients as well as in existing/past placed accounts.   We’re looking for a hunter with real personality to win new businesses/vacancies, strategically profile and grow/nurture the accounts by recruiting across all functions, geographies, and group companies of existing/past placed clients to generate brand new business within unworked areas of growth.  

  • You will be expected to manage the portfolio of past placed client accounts, contacting existing hiring managers to introduce yourself and secure vacancies/ fee-making opportunities then mapping out their business operations, functions, DM’s, TAs to C and D suite level as you go to truly understand the client universe and contact these fresh Hiring Managers/Decision Makers within these client companies to secure new business and create true Key Accounts
  • Increase sales and market share through gaining repeat custom consistently with Beautiful Recruitment existing customers 50% and 50% new business development
  • Re-establish Beautiful Recruitment in the hearts and minds of these client accounts as their Recruiter of Choice. Strengthen existing client contact relationships by leveraging resources including but not limited to LinkedIn and the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Always Keeping the CRM up to date with client and candidate information and communication
  • Contact and e-meet new Decision Makers within prospective clients – both new contacts as well as existing in the first instance (i.e., C-/ D-Suite Executives, Hiring Managers and TA Partners/Leaders within existing customers to establish business needs, hiring cycles, and build an ongoing intimate customer relationship with multiple stakeholders at all levels within these accounts
  • Effectively devise and implement an account management review program to client contacts within existing customers on a quarterly/half yearly or annual basis as appropriate.
  • Prepare and present to customers face to face or via Teams/Zoom or similar recruitment project information data to demonstrate expertise in project update meetings and winning pitches!
  • Contact past-placed senior/management level candidates to ascertain opportunities to recruit for them or within the wider business or to take to market.
  • Hit & exceed revenue/sales targets set.
  • Attend Science and Laboratory-related conferencing/networking events to generate new business with new clients as well as existing clients.
  • Ensure excellent communication and client enjoyment of interaction through positive engagement both in person, verbal, and written form
  • Be a Brand Ambassador for Beautiful Recruitment in the face of new and existing clients; represent the brand with pride, passion, and integrity at all times.
