Provide leadership and expert clinical input for a designated caseload of patients.
Deliver comprehensive assessments, formulate care pathways, and ensure treatments are evidence-based and effective.
Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including consultants, specialty doctors, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.
Oversee medical input with support from enhanced GP services and a dedicated nursing structure.
Contribute to service development, audit, and governance while maintaining strong links with external agencies and community partners.
Participate in a low-frequency on-call rota and assess new admissions to ensure patients receive the most appropriate care.
