The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (Interim QP delegate Responsible Pharmacist Profile) to join our Client’s BioServices and Logistics team at their Louvres site on a permanent basis. In this role, you will help implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards. You will also play a key role in supporting their biologistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's quality policy and Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure quality procedures are consistent, up to date, and effectively implemented.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Actively participate in maintaining and developing the quality system.
Biologistics Operations:
  • Perform quality control and compliance checks on customer orders prior to shipment.
  • Investigate and manage non-conformities and deviations.
  • Conduct compliance checks for new equipment.


    About You:
    Essential Qualifications:

  • Eligible for registration with the French Order of Pharmacists as an Quality Assurance Specialist (Interim QP delegatePharmacien Délégué Intérimaire).
  • Valid Pharmacy licence.
  • Either:
  • At least 2 years' experience in either the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical logistics, or
  • At least 6 months' experience in Quality Control within pharmaceutical operations or biologistics. Experience of working within a CDMO would be highly desirable.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality standards & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
  • Experience within biological resource/biobanking environment, pharmaceutical manufacturing, pharmaceutical logistics, pharmaceutical production or biologistics is essential.
  • Experience of vaccines or clinical batches or ATMP or Sterile Injectables or Mammalian Cell or Cell and Gene therapy or Immunotherapy or Pharmaceutical Aseptic process
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and fully digital working environments.
  • Nice to have : Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (current version).

Languages

  • Fluent in English and French language both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. Personal Attributes
