Kat takes a personal, consultative approach, taking the time to understand both candidates and clients to ensure the right match.

Outside of recruitment, Kat loves spending time with her family, particularly family days at the seaside with her husband and children. She’s also a big fan of indie and rock music and enjoys heading to gigs with her husband.

With family still in Ireland, Kat also loves regular trips back to the Emerald Isle to catch up with loved ones.
