The role of Asbestos Surveyor:

  • Reporting to the Head of Asbestos, your role is to perform management, refurbishment and reinspection surveys and other duties associated with the identification and management of asbestos containing materials
  • Data collection, including photographs whilst on site
  • Maintain, update and retain reference documentation
  • To ensure appropriate storage and retention of samples
The requirements for the Asbestos Surveyor:
  • Circa 1-2 years of experience in a similar Asbestos Surveyor role ideally with experience working with clients in the social housing sector
  • You will hold a valid P402 qualification
  • You will be comfortable working independently with excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate and able to use a tablet and other IT equipment to schedule site visits
  • Full right to work in the UK without requiring any Visa sponsorship
  • A full UK driving license is required with the ability to travel outside of the territory when required
