Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in identifying new sales opportunities and potential clients
  • Actively responding to enquiries via email, telephone and social media
  • Schedule and attend meetings with clients to present product offerings and address their needs
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information and sales activity
  • Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create purchasing quotes and sales proposals
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales invoices, valuations and keeping the stock database up to date
  • Assist with processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
  Requirements:
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Highly motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
  • A positive attitude to work well within a team and a passion for sales
