- Develop the marketing plan to create brand awareness and generate MQLs to drive sales
- Implement the marketing plan, both hands-on and together with external agencies
- Define, execute and monitor multichannel marketing campaigns
- Manage the social media channels of the company
- Oversee and support the creation of content, including whitepapers, blogs, videos and webinars
- Data-driven analysis of marketing performance and continuous fine-tuning of the marketing plan
The requirements of the Senior Marketing Manager – Life Sciences:
- Circa 5+ years’ experience in life science marketing as a Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role with a track record of successfully introducing new life science products to market
- Ideally you will have already worked in a hands-on life science start-up environment or have the motivation & skill set to thrive in an exciting high- growth company
- Minimum MSc. in biology, biochemistry, or other life science related field (PhD preferred)
- Successfully planned, executed, and analysed marketing campaigns
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO
- Experience managing internal and external teams (i.e. agencies)
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
- Expert knowledge of marketing tools such as Hubspot or similar
- Willing to travel 25% within UK and EU
